I desperatly needed my front gate repaired and A-1 gate did a great job for me. Christina came and did the measurements and gave me an awesome proposal. Technician Jesse did a fabulous and clean job on the concrete and installation of the gate. I can say A-1 gate is professional and trustworthy.

After becoming extremely disillusioned with the gate company that initially installed the gate at our company site, we were referred to A-1 Gate. Sandra came out right away to address the issues we were experiencing. Sandra is awesome! Sandra was able to figure out and correct the problem in a very timely manner. We were given a quote and A-1 did all work for the quoted amount, no surprise additional charges! She is very patient and understanding of our company needs, always available to answer questions.
This company was referred to me and they did a very good job in a timely manner. I have an old driveway gate in my Sherman Oaks rental home that never worked correctly, and they completely redid it, so now it works nicely. Christina gave me a quote and stuck to it, even when they found they needed to do more than was anticipated to get the job done. She was a true professional however, as she never raised the original quote. Would recommend!
I have called a few other companies to provide service for my work and none had outstanding customer service as A-1 Gate & Entry. We had a few things changed from keypad and intercom system and Sandra was awesome! She was very understanding and patient with our needs. We also had an issue with the keypad on the intercom and they were able to fix it right away. Anyone that is looking for gate and entry services, give them a call. At least they will not be rude to you over the phone unlike other companies.
A-1 is the best! Christina offered very reasonable pricing & Jesse did a great job installing our new beautiful gate. They are very knowledgeable, friendly & fast - I would definitely recommend & use them again!
I am so pleased I chose to use A1 Gate & Entry. I have a old drive way gate, which was very hard to push open and close each day. I called on Saturday morning and spoke to Christina, she was so helpful and I was able to schedule a technician to come out about an hour and a half later. The technician Jesse arrived on time and seen the gate had 2 broken wheels. He quickly got to work and replaced the wheels. Jesse was so knowledgeable and professional and in no time at all both wheels were installed. The difference this has made when opening and closing the gate is wonderful. I couldn't be happier that I called A1 Gate & Entry.
